JULIA MCDONALD

I was born and raised in Uxbridge and developed the fitness bug at an early age growing up as a member of the Uxbridge Swim Club.  I am fortunate to be apart of a very active family with parents that inspire me, as they both remain active on a daily basis at 60+. As a mother of two young daughters, I know what it’s like to make the effort, and find the time to include exercise into a hectic daily routine. I’ve also learned the importance for my husband and I to be positive role models to our children. To teach them to make healthy choices, and to also maintain a balanced lifestyle (it’s important to reward hard work and dedication!). I enjoy all aspects of fitness and like to include walking, running, swimming, circuit training, TRX, pilates, yoga and strength training into my fitness programs.
